Katrina, tell us please, what is the point in giving us sick time if using it is chargeable? Just HOW DO WE USE IT then?

I understand the environmental impact but who is responsible for all fees that could be incurred every time you try to acces your money? There are over 200 locations in Phoenix alone where you can make withdrawals with no fees. You can also use it to make a purchases like at a grocery store or wherever. Keep in mind there are also many places that you can't cash a paper paycheck without having to pay a fee. Below is a link with more information on the pay card program www.moneynetwork.com

In the past, we have had a certain amount of doctors notes available to us to make a call out non chargeable. Do we have that with this offer?

Good morning Katrina, What I want to know is where do we go from here if the offer is turned down by the members? Is Transdev going to go back to meet and will your offer change? What if we do not want to give up our allowance for uniforms? What if we accept the pay card and end up having fees? Why don't you change your offer back to rosi and forget about the part time offer? We just want to know if it will change. Didn't it change last time several times when that other guy was gm? The Company is hoping for a positive ratification of what we feel is a fair and generous contract. No one is asking anyone to give up their uniform allowance, but rather to have a voucher to use to purchase them - same value. Thank you for taking the time to ask questions.

You use them just the same. The attendance proposal, other than the definition of a non-chargeable, remains the same.

The Attendance Article, other than the definition of a non-chargeable absence, remains the same - so yes, you still have the same ability regarding doctor's notes. Thank you for the question.

Can you tell us how many doctors notes we are allowed each year to change chargeable to non chargeable absences? I could not find that in the offer. Also,will the uniform vouchers only be accepted by the current supplier? Last time I checked with them, they did not offer shoes or white t shirts that we are required to wear.
