The number of sick days remains the same, as does the rate at which an Operator earns them. The only change is if an Operator calls off using sick time, it will now count as a chargeable absence. This was part of an overall package deal that was negotiated with the ATU negotiating committee.

Why the pay debit card what's wrong with the way things are now The pay cards are a way to go paperless in an environmental effort. Every week there are hundreds of paystubs that are generated and printed and no one picks up. The Company then has to shred them. A vast majority of the Operators are using direct deposit anyway, so they will see no change except that they can in the future access their paystub information and W2's electronically and print out if they wish.

The Company wishes to share all of the information provided to your local bargaining unit, which is why the entire proposal is also posted for your review. As the Company explained to your bargaining unit, there are other services besides NBC that wanted to have access to the Transdev employees and therefore, the Company decided to not sponsor any one supplemental insurance company. Each employee is still, of course, able to work directly with NBC or any other supplemental insurance company as they see fit.

Why can't we all just get along? My opinion is if you are trying to get support then by using mafia style tactics really does not help. By saying that if you don't sign , we will reduce your pay percentage and oh by the way you will not get retro pay , that is definitely not the way to go

We do the same with threat of a strike.

I understand the environmental impact but who is responsible for all fees that could be incurred every time you try to acces your money? There are over 200 locations in Phoenix alone where you can make withdrawals with no fees. You can also use it to make a purchases like at a grocery store or wherever. Keep in mind there are also many places that you can't cash a paper paycheck without having to pay a fee.
